Digital Product License Terms

1. License Grant

Upon purchase or download, The Counseling Garden, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product for personal or single-user professional use only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Permitted Use

You are allowed to:

  • Use materials within your own classroom, counseling sessions, or organization

  • Print and distribute copies for students or clients you directly serve

  • Store files on your personal or work device for your own use

  • Adapt materials for internal use with your students or clients

​

3. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or transfer files to other individuals, staff members, or organizations

  • Upload files to shared drives, websites, or public platforms (including Google Drive, Dropbox, or school-wide systems accessible to others)

  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute the materials in any form

  • Claim The Counseling Garden materials as your own

  • Use materials to create derivative products for sale or distribution

4. Multi-User & Organizational Use

If materials are intended for use by:

  • Multiple staff members

  • Entire schools or organizations

  • District-wide implementation

You must purchase the appropriate multi-user or site license, or contact us directly to obtain a custom licensing agreement.

5. Digital Product Nature (No Refunds)

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable

  • Files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned

If you experience an issue accessing your files, please contact us for support.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • Counseling templates

  • SEL resources

  • Lesson plans

  • Program materials

remain the sole intellectual property of The Counseling Garden, LLC.

Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership.

7. Violations and Enforcement

Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of materials:

  • Violates this agreement and applicable copyright laws

  • May result in revocation of your license without refund

  • May lead to legal action where applicable

​
